Terms of Service

Welcome to FieldFlow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FieldFlow web and mobile applications (the "Service") operated by FieldFlow LLC ("FieldFlow," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration

To use FieldFlow, you must:

• Create an account with a valid email address
• Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

2. Subscriptions and Payment

Subscription Plans

FieldFlow offers subscription plans with different features and limits. Plan details and pricing are displayed during signup and in your account settings.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice

Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods. At the end of a trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

3. Teams and Collaboration

FieldFlow allows you to create and manage teams. As a team owner:

• You are responsible for your team's content and member conduct
• You control who can access your team and their permission levels
• You may transfer team ownership to another member
• Your subscription determines your team's resource limits (plays, installs, members, etc.)

If your subscription ends or downgrades, resources exceeding your new limits may be archived until you upgrade or remove content.

4. Your Content

Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create on FieldFlow, including plays, installs, sheets, and other materials. We do not claim ownership of your content.

License to FieldFlow

By uploading content, you grant FieldFlow a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service. This license ends when you delete your content or account.

Content Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your content:

• Does not infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Does not contain malware or harmful code
• Complies with applicable laws

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
• Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation
• Scrape, copy, or extract data from the Service without permission
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The FieldFlow Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by FieldFlow LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIELDFLOW LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FieldFlow LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Your data may be retained for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
